This book is a reference book specially written for analyzing the performance and planning the development of Chinese SMEs. It also includes how to improve the performance of localized SMEs by combining the characteristics of Chinese SMEs while based on the expectation theory and the Chinese relational culture. Moreover, this book introduces the basic theories and knowledge points related to employees’ information contribution, performance expectations and relational expectations.
